Welcome to 2023!
2022 has come to an end and it’s time to welcome in a new year. I’ve already looked back at 2022 but this post is a simple one just to say welcome to 2023!
I wanted to say that I hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas period and wish everyone a Happy New Year!
I loved December 2022 to be fair. We visited plenty of Christmas Markets, met a third-grade Santa at Alnwick Castle, got another mattress which feels like sleeping on a cloud, drank an apple pie latte at Yoso and ate tapas in Newcastle and, most importantly, rediscovered the magic of Christmas altogether with it being Evelyn’s first. I can’t even begin to describe how lovely the whole Christmas period was, I just wish I didn’t have to go back to work! We ended the year with an unreal meat experience at Estabulo in Durham.
So, 2023 is here.
I’ve already talked a little bit about this year in my year in review post but there’s definitely so much to look forward to. I’m feeling that 2023 is going to be all about getting creative; more music, more photography and almost certainly more travel blogging. I’ve already got some great posts lined up!
